Today we were on the water for 6.30AM. Conditions were ok - very busy at the marina with a triathalon about start and lots of boats being launched.
The session was 1 x 20 min, 2 x 10 min & 4 x 5 min
It was the 3rd session with my Gara 2 paddles they are ace.
